Film players primarily constitute producers, screenwriters, directors, actors, technical staff, studios, film commissions and councils in the film industry.  All of them are governed by the entertainment law.  Entertainment law or media law comprises of mixed categories of law that provide legal services to the entertainment industry.   Generally, the practice of entertainment law often involves questions of employment law, labor law, immigration issues regarding foreign talent, securities law regarding promoting properties, security interests, payment and collection of royalties, agency, intellectual property and insurance law.   The outcome is increased number of contracts that legalizes all transactions and dispute resolution through negotiation, mediation or arbitration.   Few situations may lead to litigation as well.
